Seriously though, what pleasure does it give some ppl to always be so mean and snarky? This is good news, whatever way you look at it and yet there're are still ppl who are hell bent on spoiling everyone's 'high' and happiness just b/c they've become so twisted up with hatred and meanness that they can't see straight. Lord knows I have my issues with him and with his F/C but I don't stoop to posting nasty, spiteful one-liners in the hope of upsetting the other fans! [img]graemlins/sure.gif[/img]

Sorry, but I feel quite strongly about this!

Yes well you know thats my thoughts exactly. This is NEWS its telling about new music. Fans get excited about new music. Its what they/we do. I too have my issues with that FC and DH and are pretty open and vocal about it. But theres no need to p*iss on musical news and berate fans for actually being excited about such news like its a weakness.

Getting back to the news at hand (and trying hard to ignore that total non-entity of a person [img]tongue.gif[/img] lol) it'll be interesting to see what'll be on offer this time around, sound wise. I wouldn't mind betting that he goes back to his SG roots for this one, but with a twist. I don't think that he should try to replicate the SG sound totally (back-tracking is never a wise move imo) but I can imagine that it'll be a more organic sound in it's make-up. [img]smile.gif[/img]

I agree on all fronts LOL. I think he will be more savagey and not in go back way. Because we all know bands have to move forward musically. But I too think it will be more organic. It will still be honest.. I think there will be a few more happier stories being told. Possibly a ballady type as they are destined to be hits if done right. I am especially interested in this one thats going to be a single and on the SG album and his own solo album. It must be something special for them to use it this much.

I dont think Spin type songs will get a look in because I think he and we all know that that was a bit of a fabricated album. It wasnt that real bar the few songs that were gems. Thus I dont think he would do that again as hes not in that mindset.
